Mobile Training & Event Manager

As our Mobile Training & Event Manager, you'll be the person bringing that community together across Europe. You'll drive our mobile training centre from country to country, helping our trainers deliver hands-on technical training while creating memorable experiences for everyone who joins. You'll become a familiar face within the Victron network, helping partners connect with each other and making sure every stop feels welcoming, professional, and inspiring.

What will you do?

Keep the tour moving

• Drive the Victron training trailer to locations throughout Europe.

• Plan routes, fuel stops, toll roads, and overnight stays.

• Perform vehicle and trailer inspections.

• Keep the vehicle and trailer clean, safe, and ready for the next adventure.

• Identify maintenance needs before they become problems.

Build every training experience

• Load, unload, and transport training equipment.

• Set up and dismantle mobile training workstations.

• Install and test demonstration systems.

• Solve basic technical issues on-site.

• Manage tools, spare parts, and training materials.

• Ensure everything is ready before participants arrive.

Support our trainers

• Prepare training rooms and facilities.

• Assist during hands-on demonstrations.

• Welcome participants.

• Help registrations run smoothly.

• Support the trainers throughout the day.

• Pack down efficiently after every event.

Help grow the Victron network

• Every stop on the tour is an opportunity to strengthen the Victron community.

• You'll spend time with installers, distributors, and Victron partners from all over Europe. You'll help create an open, welcoming atmosphere where people exchange ideas, learn from each other, and leave feeling inspired to trying new things.

• You don't need to be the trainer, but you are one of the faces of Victron. Your enthusiasm, hospitality, and genuine interest in people help make every event memorable.

Stay organised

• Coordinate logistics with the Event Manager.

• Manage inventory and consumables.

• Ensure every event is professionally prepared.

• Help improve the tour by sharing ideas and feedback from the field.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who enjoys combining travel, technology, and people.

You like solving practical problems. You stay calm under pressure. You enjoy making others feel welcome.

You're organised enough to keep a European tour running smoothly, yet flexible enough to deal with whatever the road throws at you.
Most importantly, you enjoy meeting passionate people and helping build something bigger than a single event.

You bring:

• A Category B+E driving licence (or are willing to obtain one before 1 September 2026).

• Experience towing trailers (preferred).

• Good technical understanding; experience with electrical engineering is a plus.

• Good command of English. Other European languages are a bonus.

• Strong organisational skills.

• A proactive attitude.

• The flexibility to work long days during events.

Good to know

• This isn't your average office job.

• You’ll travel throughout Europe and will often be away from home for 3-5 weeks at a time.

• During these tours, you'll stay in hotels or a roof tent if you prefer, before returning home for a period of rest and preparation ahead of the next journey.

• If travelling, discovering new places, and meeting passionate people sounds exciting, you'll probably love this role.
